It's written in Borland Delphi 7 Enterprise.
After compiling, manually changed the icon using IcoFX
I know that the code is very, VERY unstructured.
I was a newby when I started to create this, and it's grown bigger and bigger, and I never spent time on structuring it. And now, I'm just too lazy for that  (it's about 1500 lines of code per launcher...)

you must restart the launcher! |

When experiencing troubles with the Windows Vista/7 User Account Control, don't put it in the Windows 'Program Files' directory (or a subdirectory).
another possibility: right-click on the neoslauncher.exe (not the shortcut!), ->properties, and select 'run as administrator' in the compatibility tab. |
